If not, make it! STRAY Cat was too cute and made a wall -mounted Vinet -Painting / Completed Edition
Stray is an action adventure for PS5/PS4/PC, which has become a hot topic on various SNS as a cyberpunk game that allows everyone to operate cats. I also enjoyed Stray. However, in recent years when many interesting games are released, I can't play only one game. However, I want to feel Stray even when I'm not playing games! I want to make it three-dimensional and always look at it!
- Let's make a wall with a postcard size photo frame
- Let's apply the details and dirty!
- Express light to create a cyberpunk feeling!
But of course there are no commercial figures. ... If not, let's make it!
So, the last time, Stray cat was modeled on digital modeling software ZBRUSH, which is also used for gaming. We did even output by 3D printer. Finally, this time is the painting edition. Let's proceed for completion!
Let's make a wall with a postcard size photo frame
This time, Wall-hanging Vinnet Speaking of normal Vinet, we place the ground, buildings, and figures on the pedestal, but this time we will make it in a form that will protrude from the frame. 。
First, disassemble the commercially available photo frame, glue the various parts output with a 3D printer to the bottom plate, and then attach a texture to the surface with Tamiya Besic Putty.
Next, spray the black surfacer with an airbrush to create a shadow and dirty atmosphere.
Various kinds of gray and yellow are sprayed with air brushes, and even brighter oil paint is rubbed to create a rough atmosphere. I will refer to the game wall, but the atmosphere that shines in the game and the atmosphere that shine when it is three-dimensional is different, so it may be important to arrange it so that it does not deviate from the atmosphere.
Let's apply the details and dirty!
I will paint the details with the acrylic paint called Fareho. Fareho is characterized by a strong melting with water, but also has a strong coloring and hidden power (the force to cover the color of the base), and I use it when I wrote it.
I was able to paint separately.
Let's apply the expression of scratches and rust while painting them separately. The scars that the paint have peeled off are finely drawn with a paleele mixed with black and brown.
Rust is expressed with oil paint and dirty paint Weathering Color released by GSI Creos.
It has become a real wall little by little.
Cats represent a subtle gradation with an airbrush with reference to the screenshot of the game. Unfortunately, it is difficult to reproduce the fine fur, which is reproduced by the graphics of the game in a three-dimensional, but I worked hard to get the atmosphere as much as possible. (I was too desperate to take pictures.) But when I put the painted cat, there was no lack of atmosphere...
Express light to create a cyberpunk feeling!
What is missing is the expression of light. Speaking of cyberpunk, it is a sparkling city, but in that respect, Stray is no exception. However, there is no expression of light in Vinnet during the production.
So, in a hurry, returned to digital modeling again and modeled the glowing control panel. Draw pale light.
After these work...
Complete!
In this way, the work of the molding, the painting, the production of Vinnet, and the work of all at once was over. The way to complete it from 0 is steep, but it was possible to complete it because there is an attractive game called Stray.
In this way, for me, the game is something to play and enjoy, and at the same time, it is also something to enjoy as a nutritional source of production activities. Why don't you play a lot of games you like and try to make it three-dimensional?
By the way.
I also like Serizawa Asahi of Shanimas Idol Master Shiny Colors...
I made a bust.
It's still halfway. Also, this is the first challenge for modeling of a beautiful girl.
Unlike so far, it is expected that various adult circumstances will be able to stand **, so I do not know if this follow-up will be delivered in the form of an article (in the first place, Shanimas will be reader. If you get an article, please take a look!
